Initial Consultation
We start with a conversation — at your home, in our showroom, or on a video call. We listen to your requirements, take measurements, understand your aesthetic, and assess what the space needs. There's no pressure and no charge for this consultation.

Design & Mockup
Our design team prepares a full 3D render of your piece with accurate dimensions, material specifications, and finish options. You'll see exactly what you're getting before a single cut is made. We revise until you're completely satisfied.

Material Selection
Once the design is approved, we source your specific materials — visiting our trusted timber suppliers in person to hand-select the right grain pattern, colour, and quality for your piece.

Handcrafted Production
Your furniture is built from scratch in our 10,000 sq ft workshop in Jeedimetla by our master craftsmen. You're welcome to visit at any stage to see work in progress. We send photos via WhatsApp throughout the build.

Quality Inspection
Before anything leaves our workshop, every piece goes through a rigorous 27-point quality check. We inspect joints, finish evenness, hardware function, dimensions, and structural integrity. If anything is not perfect, we fix it — no questions asked.

Delivery & Installation
Our trained installation team delivers and assembles your furniture in your home. We handle every detail — placing it exactly where you want it, checking all levels and alignments, and cleaning up completely before we leave.

Typical lead times range from 3–6 weeks depending on complexity and material availability. A simple side table takes around 2 weeks, while a full modular kitchen can take up to 8 weeks. We give you an accurate timeline after your design consultation.
Yes. All IK Designs pieces come with a 3-year structural warranty and a 1-year finish warranty. For solid wood pieces, we offer lifetime maintenance support — just bring it in and we'll refinish, repair, or restore it.
Absolutely. We encourage clients to visit our 10,000 sq ft workshop in Jeedimetla, Hyderabad, where you can see materials, meet craftsmen, and review work in progress. Book a visit via our consultation page.
We deliver and install across all of Greater Hyderabad — including Secunderabad, HITEC City, Gachibowli, LB Nagar, and all surrounding areas. Delivery charges depend on distance and order size.
Yes. Many clients come with AutoCAD drawings, architect plans, or even a rough sketch on paper. Our design team translates any input into a precise production-ready plan. You'll see a 3D mockup before a single piece of wood is cut.
We work with Teak, Sheesham (Indian Rosewood), Mango, Acacia, Neem, Bamboo, Plywood, and MDF. We source from FSC-certified suppliers wherever possible and favour locally grown timber for a smaller carbon footprint.
We follow a 40-30-30 payment structure: 40% advance to start, 30% when materials are sourced, and the final 30% on delivery. We accept bank transfer, UPI, and cheque.
Yes — bring in the piece or send clear photos. Our team is skilled at matching wood grain, finish tone, and proportions so new pieces blend seamlessly with existing ones.
